The Situation


When COVID-19 began, a large multi-site faith-based organization faced urgent operational decisions across its day school, community programs, and congregational life.

The Challenge


The organization needed to maintain essential services, communicate clearly, and make rapid decisions in a highly uncertain environment.

My Role


I coordinated a cross-ministry response, establishing decision rhythms, health protocols, and communication systems so teams could work safely and consistently.

Outcome
