The Situation


A community-serving organization began exploring a multi-phase land acquisition and redevelopment opportunity with long-term implications for its mission and growth.

The Challenge

The work required navigating consultants, internal leadership, technical experts, and community stakeholders — each with different perspectives, timelines, and expectations. The organization needed clarity and alignment in a complex, evolving environment.

My Role

I served as the staff lead, coordinating communication across partners, translating technical insights, and preparing leadership for key decision points. Along the way, I developed fluency in commercial real estate considerations to better bridge technical and relational conversations.

Outcome

The organization strengthened its understanding of potential real estate strategies, increased its readiness for development opportunities, and aligned mission priorities with market realities.
